The easiest way to reach us is by car. A car ferry operates between Dalarö and Ornö and takes approximately 30 minutes.

From Stockholm, take Route 73 towards Nynäshamn and turn off towards Dalarö. At the canal bridge in Dalarö, turn right and continue through the village to the ferry terminal at Dalarö Hotellbrygga. The car ferry arrives at Hässelmara on the northwestern side of Ornö. From there, it is approximately a 15-minute drive to the hotel in Brunnsviken on the southwestern side of the island. Follow the signs for Ornö Archipelago Hotel.

A space for your car on the ferry must be booked in advance. You can make your booking with Ornö Sjötrafik.

If you arrive by private boat, there is a large guest jetty right next to the hotel. It is also possible to take a water taxi directly to the hotel’s jetty. Please contact us for recommendations.

If you are travelling without a car or private boat, you can take either the car ferry or a Waxholmsbolaget archipelago boat to Hässelmara or Kyrkviken.

Bus 839 runs from Handen to Dalarö Hotellbrygga, where both the Waxholmsbolaget archipelago boats and the car ferry depart.

There is also a local bus service on Ornö, with connections timed to some of the ferry and Waxholmsbolaget departures. Please see the Waxholmsbolaget timetable for current schedules.
